Edgewater Revamp

For this charming, historic, multi-unit building, the owner wanted to transform the backyard space from a chaotic hodgepodge of vegetable gardening into a lush oasis that could still accommodate their desire to grow their own herbs and veggies.

The result is a blend of space for both relaxing and gardening. The flexible, hardscape area is perfect for lounging and entertaining with the addition of a cozy fire feature for cool nights. We used color matching with raised planters to maximize the usable space to still allow gardening and leisure. We included a lighting system, resolved drainage issues by installing a rain garden, and also gave a face lift to the front of the property to top it all off.
