Lakewood-Balmoral Makeover

In this historic Chicago neighborhood, our clients were looking for a full transformation to increase the usability of their backyard space and overall curb appeal. With an existing deck in place, our team was tasked with activating an otherwise unused space in the backyard, creating a secondary patio destination for fireside lounging. Native and pollinator-friendly plant materials were incorporated around the entire property to support the clients thriving vegetable garden while keeping the landscape low-maintenance. High performance, outdoor furniture made of recycled plastic materials were specified for the lounge fire pit area for beauty and longevity.
