Our client’s growing family needed more (outdoor) space, so they bought the house next door, knocked it down, and hired HDS to design and build an outdoor hideaway, suitable for play, relaxing, dining, grilling, and entertaining. This custom space embraced two levels of patio and yard space, a custom louvered aluminum pergola complete with heater, lights, and fans, an outdoor fire pit, synthetic turf lawn for the pups and kids to play on, custom lighting system, and irrigation to keep everything watered.
