HDS was contracted to create a comprehensive site plan for this proposed 7-Acre multi-family housing center in the NW Chicago Suburbs.  The plan focused on stitching a new development in to the existing peri-urban fabric to create a vibrant community Live, Work, + Play environment.  Connections to adjacent hospitality, entertainment, and commercial office spaces was incorporated, as well as creating a unique sense of place for residents across multiple scales of concern.
